什麼是模擬蒸餾 GC 分析?

模擬蒸餾 GC 分析是將配備非極性管柱的氣相層析儀用於煤油、柴油和重油等石油餾分的沸點分佈分析。由於每種成分會按沸點順序從管柱中析出,因此可以透過分析已知沸點的烴混合物來建立滯留時間 – 沸點曲線。如圖 2 所示,將未知樣品層析圖的總面積劃分為相等的時間間隔並計算每個時間間隔的面積,可以算出每個時間間隔中沖提體積 (elution volume) 的比例 (%) 為時間間隔面積值除以總面積。各沸點範圍內的沖提體積 (%) 可根據滯留時間 – 沸點曲線求出沖提體積 (%) 與沸點的關係,建立如圖 3 所示的蒸餾特性曲線。
上述方法稱為「總面積法」,適用於整個樣品中的所有成分從管柱中沖提出來的情況。內標準法是加入內標準品,外標準法則是將分析結果與外標準品進行比較,用於分析原油等含有無法被沖提出成分的樣品。
