MRM 和圖譜庫資料庫包含 2,500 多種化合物的資訊

圖譜庫資料庫是使用兩種分離管柱條件 (ODS 和 Biphenyl)。這兩種方法都具有常規分析中感興趣的臨床和鑑識分析化合物的資訊。ODS 管柱方法包含 1,250 種化合物的資訊， Biphenyl 管柱方法包含 1,281 種化合物的資訊。化合物資料表包括：單同位素質量、RT、CAS 編號、分子式和化合物類別。該資料庫方法包為篩選分析提供最佳化的掃描參數 (MRM 參數、MRM 強度閾值和 Triggered product ion scan 參數)。

 

 

藉由合併圖譜強化鑑定效果

每種經認證的參考物質均建立由三種不同的碰撞能量所生成資訊豐富的合併碰撞圖譜，可用於資料庫 中和化合物比對驗證。比對合併圖譜資料庫的分數成為識別化合物的強大工具。
