Shim-pack GPC 系列管柱用於測定四氫呋喃 (800 系列)、氯仿 (800C 系列) 和二甲基甲醯胺 (800D 系列)。
GPC 技術不利用分配、吸附和離子交換等化學反應，而是利用物理反應，按照樣品成分的分子大小進行分離。因此，這個方法適用於量測高聚合物和低聚合物的分子量分佈。
Shim-pack GPC 系列填充具有對應交聯度的聚苯乙烯聚合物，以滿足從高聚合物到低聚合物的精確分析要求。GPC-80M (80MC, 80MD) 是混合凝膠管柱。
