Shim-pack MAYI-ODS 的運作原理

矽膠 (50 µm) 的外表面塗有親水聚合物，因此只有孔的內部經過十八烷基 (ODS) 化學改性。由於蛋白質和其他大分子無法進入孔隙並被外表面的親水性聚合物阻擋，因此會被快速溶析而不會被 ODS 固相滯留。相比之下，藥物和其他誘導的低分子量化合物會滲入孔隙並由固定相的內表面滯留。
